You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
Items that are damaged, missing original packaging, or purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at veneajewelry@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
